6TH AND 7TH ROTATIONS ARE IN THE BOOKS
 
35 Teams now qualified for finals
 
San Antonio, TX.....The 6th and 7th rotations in the 30th Annual George Strait Team Roping Classic are in the books and 35 teams have now qualified for Saturdays finals. Qualifying from the 6th rotation were Clay Tryan and Jade Corkill with a10.14, Ty Blasingame and Rich Skelton with a 10.6, Derrick Began and Cory Petska, 10.69, Kaston Peavy and T. Luttrell, 10.76, and Chris Lawson and Dee Rampy, 10.9;

Justin Yost and Bucky Campbell split the $3,000 for the fastest steer with a time of 4.66. The second fastest time of 4.91 was a tie between the team of Clay Tryan and Jade Corkill and Chris Lawson and Dee Rampy. The each earned $500.00.

Qualifying from the 7th roation was Clay Tryan and Patrick Smith with a 10.62, Cody McMinn and JC Willaims, 10.83, Charley Crawfore and Clay Cooper, 10.93, Caleb Shmidt and Jade Corkill, 11.08, and Jeff Kanady and Casey Chamberlain with 11.24.

The fastest steer in the 7th rotation was roped by Coleman Proctor and Jakeiw Long worth $1500 each while second fastest money of $1000 each went to Cody McMinn and JC Willaims with 4.82.
